Azolla, also known as Mosquito fern, is a small floating fern that quickly covers the water surface. It absorbs nitrate and phosphate and provides shelter for fish and shrimp. It can turn reddish with a lot of light.

Let it float on the water surface. Grows quickly — thin out regularly to prevent it from completely covering the surface. Ideal as a nitrate and phosphate absorber.
💡 Tip
With plenty of light, the leaves can turn reddish — a beautiful color effect on the water surface. Excellent food for fish that eat floating plants.
