✂️ Care
Gently rinse the culture gel under lukewarm water. Do not plant the rhizome too deep in the substrate. When replanting or during water changes, 'crypt-melt' may occur — this is normal, and the plant almost always recovers within a few weeks.
💡 Planter Tip
The characteristic curly leaf shape provides a unique texture — plant in groups for the best effect.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How do I process an In Vitro cup?
Remove the plant from the cup, rinse the culture gel under lukewarm water, and plant it in the substrate.
What is 'crypt-melt' and should I be concerned?
Crypt-melt is a natural reaction to change. The leaves yellow and die off, but the rhizome remains alive, and the plant regrows within a few weeks.
My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, In Vitro plants are grown emersed and adapt. Give the plant 1–2 weeks. For persistent issues, please contact us.
Is this plant suitable for a shrimp tank?
Yes — precisely as In Vitro, it's ideal for shrimp tanks, being completely free of pests.
