✂️ Care
Cryptocoryne Wendtii is very low maintenance and adapts to almost any aquarium. Do not plant the rhizome too deep in the substrate. When replanting or changing water, 'crypt-melt' can occur — this is normal and the plant almost always recovers within a few weeks.
💡 Planter's tip
Thanks to its XL size, this plant provides an instantly full, impressive result immediately after planting.
❓ Frequently asked questions
What does XL mean for this plant?
XL indicates that you will receive a larger, more developed plant than the standard size.
What is 'crypt-melt' and should I be concerned?
Crypt-melt is a natural reaction to change. The leaves yellow and die off, but the rhizome remains alive and the plant grows back within a few weeks.
My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, this is transport stress and almost always temporary. Give the plant 1–2 weeks to acclimatize. For persistent problems: please contact us.
Is this plant suitable for a shrimp tank?
Yes, completely shrimp-friendly.
