Myriophyllum Mattagrossense (also known as Red Myriophyllum or Red Milfoil) is the red variety of featherfoil with thousands of thin, needle-like leaves on a fleshy stem. The plant must be kept in clean water — otherwise, dirt will get stuck between the leaves. Regular pruning will keep the plant in shape.

✂️ Care
Plant in groups in the mid or background. Keep the water clean — otherwise, dirt will get stuck between the fine leaves. Prune regularly for compact, full growth — cuttings can be replanted directly. Liquid nutrients such as Sera Florena support healthy growth.
💡 Planting tip
The red color provides a beautiful contrast next to green stem plants. Combines beautifully with Rotala species for a lively play of color in the background.
