Plant the bulb no more than 1/3 into the substrate — the growth point must always be above the substrate. For gravel or sand only: use fertilizer tabs beneath the bulb. Keep water parameters stable; fluctuations can lead to rot or melting of the leaves. Timely remove brown leaf tips to prevent further rot. Regular water changes and good filtration are essential. During dormancy, dim the light or add extra floating plants. Liquid fertilizers like Sera Florena support healthy growth.

💡 Planter Tip

Plant solitarily in a spacious, prominent spot. When flowering, a stem will grow towards the water surface with a flower above it — you can collect the seeds to grow new plants. Move the plant as little as possible; Aponogeton species do not like relocation.
