Gently rinse the gel under lukewarm water and divide the stems into groups of 3–5. Plant in the substrate and provide sufficient light and regular fertilization. Prune regularly to keep the plant compact and bushy; trimmed tops can be easily replanted. Liquid fertilizer like Sera Florena supports healthy growth.

The pale green leaves create a beautiful contrast with red-colored plants such as Alternanthera or Ludwigia. Plant in groups for a full, natural effect in the mid- or background.
