Always keep solitary, in an aquarium with plenty of plants and low current — 30 to 50 liters is more than sufficient for one male. The Betta primarily stays in the upper water layer of the aquarium.
🐠 Combination Tip
Never put two Bettas (males with males, or male and female) together in the same aquarium — this leads to injuries or worse. Best kept alone, possibly with very peaceful bottom dwellers at some distance.
