Tetra AlguMin is a mild biological algaecide that effectively works against all common algae species in the aquarium — including filamentous algae, beard algae, and blue-green algae. The liquid formula ensures fast and even dispersion throughout the aquarium water. Can be used both curatively for an algae problem and preventively.

✂️ Usage tips

Dose according to the instructions on the packaging. Remove active carbon filters before treatment — these absorb the active ingredient. Turn off the UV lamp during treatment. Repeat if necessary after 1 week.

Algae are a symptom of an underlying problem — too much light, too few plants, or too high nutrient levels. Combine AlguMin with Tetra Phosphate Minus or Nitrate Minus for a structural approach.
