Ecoscape Alternanthera Reineckii 'Mini' - In Vitro
The Alternanthera Reineckii Mini is very similar to other species in the Alternanthera family, but grows slightly slower.
However, it remains slightly smaller, which makes the plant ideal for small aquariums such as Nano tanks or aquascaping.
Regularly pruning the Alternanthera Reineckii Mini will prevent it from growing taller than about 10 cm. Otherwise, it can reach a maximum height of 20 cm.
But that depends on several factors such as light and nutrition.
Combining the Alternanthera Reineckii Mini with a light green carpet of, for example, Micranthemum monte Carlo or Hemianthus Callictroides creates a beautiful contrast.
