✂️ Care

Plant the bulb no more than 1/3 into the substrate — the growing point must always protrude above the substrate. For gravel or sand only: use fertilizer tablets under the bulb. CO₂ is not required but stimulates growth and flowering. Liquid fertilizer like Sera Florena makes the plant stronger. During the resting period, dim the light or add extra floating plants for shade. Ensure a large aquarium with good water flow.

Plant solitarily in a spacious spot — the plant can grow up to 50 cm wide. When flowering, the flower stem splits into two flower stalks; you can collect the seeds to grow new plants.
