✂️ Care

The orange color is best expressed with high light intensity and good CO₂ supply. With insufficient light, the plant turns greenish. Prune regularly to keep the plant compact and branched — trimmings can be replanted immediately.

💡 Planter's tip

Combine Orange Juice with dark green plants such as Rotala sp. 'Green' or Anubias for a warm, vibrant color play. Also beautiful next to red varieties like Rotala Blood Red for a complete color palette in the background.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Will the plant remain orange without CO₂?
No, without sufficient light and CO₂, the color will be significantly less intense and the plant will tend towards green. For the characteristic orange color, CO₂ is strongly recommended.

My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, this is transport stress and almost always temporary. Give the plant 1–2 weeks to acclimatize. For persistent problems: contact us.
