You will receive: 1 In Vitro cup (Easy Grow) — completely free of algae, snails, and pathogens. Ready to plant directly into any aquarium.
Micranthemum Micranthemoides is an upright stem plant with very small, bright green leaves that create a delicate, airy effect in the foreground. The plant grows quite slowly and can be kept compact by regularly trimming the stems — making it very suitable as a carpet in a scape or nano aquarium. Also known as Hemianthus Micranthemoides. This Easy Grow In Vitro version is 100% sterile cultured — ideal for shrimp tanks and sensitive aquariums.

✂️ Care
Gently rinse the culture gel under lukewarm water. Divide the plant into small portions and plant them with tweezers in the foreground. Trim regularly — clipped tops can be replanted for a fuller, more compact result. Regular trimming keeps the plant compact and forms a beautiful dense carpet. Liquid fertilizer such as Sera Florena supports healthy growth.
💡 Planter's tip
The small, bright green leaves create a delicate, airy effect in the foreground. Combines beautifully with HC Cuba or Glossostigma for a varied, fine foreground in nano and scape aquariums.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
My plant is growing upwards instead of compactly — what's wrong?
This is caused by insufficient light. Increase the light intensity and trim regularly for compact growth.
My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, In Vitro plants are grown above water and will adapt. Give the plant 1–2 weeks. For persistent problems: contact us.
Is this plant suitable for a shrimp tank?
Yes — especially as In Vitro, it's ideal for shrimp tanks, completely free of pest organisms.
