Cryptocoryne Moehlmannii is low-maintenance and suitable for the foreground of almost any aquarium. Do not plant the rhizome too deep in the substrate. When replanting or performing water changes, 'crypt-melt' can occur — this is normal and the plant almost always recovers within a few weeks.

Crypt-melt is a natural reaction to change. The leaves yellow and die off, but the rhizome remains alive and the plant will grow back within a few weeks.
