You will receive: 1 In Vitro cup (Easy Grow) — completely free of algae, snails, and pathogens. Ready to plant directly into any aquarium.

⚠️ Level: Advanced — Rotala H'ra requires a lot of light and CO₂ for its characteristic orange-red color and compact growth.

Rotala H'ra (also known as Rotala Vietnam H'ra) is an elegant stem plant with narrow, needle-like leaves that quickly turn orange to red under high light. With high light intensity, the plant remains low and compact — ideal for the foreground and nano aquariums. The Easy Grow In Vitro version is 100% sterile cultured.

✂️ Care

Gently rinse off the culture gel under lukewarm water. Plant the stems in the foreground. Plenty of light and CO₂ are key to the most beautiful orange/red coloration — more light = lower and orange, less light = taller and greener. Prune regularly for a low-growing, compact plant. Clipped tops can be replanted directly. Liquid fertilizer like Sera Florena supports healthy growth.

💡 Planter tip

Combines beautifully with Rotala Yao Yai for a splash of color in the foreground or midground. Thanks to its compact size under high light, it is also excellently suited for nano aquariums.
