Pre-, bio- or quick filter for connection to pumps or external filters
With the sera PrefiX Filter, the filter volume of a downstream filter can be increased to 1.6 liters with two variably usable filter baskets. The filter without drive is suitable as a pre-filter in case of cloudiness, as a quick filter in case of contamination or as a biofilter to expand the filter capacity of small external filters.
The filter can be connected to a pump or an external filter using the sera hose 16/22 mm. A connection of several PrefiX Filter in a row is also possible. For fine-grained filter media, it is recommended to use the sera filter bags 1 or 2.
