Thaw the desired amount in a small bowl of aquarium water. Feed immediately after thawing and remove any uneaten food after 10 minutes. Store unopened in the freezer.

The mix is optimized for cichlids. For other species, we recommend SuperFish Mysis or Artemia as more versatile frozen food.
