Cryptocoryne Petchii is a small Cryptocoryne from Sri Lanka with slightly ribbed leaves. The leaves have a dark olive-brown top, while the underside becomes slightly purplish. Like all Cryptocoryne species, its form depends on the conditions in the aquarium.

Do not plant the rhizome too deep in the substrate. When replanting, 'crypt-melt' may occur — this is normal, and the plant will recover within a few weeks. Liquid fertilizer like Sera Florena supports healthy growth.
