Anubias is an epiphyte and does not grow in the substrate — tie each plant with string or wire onto wood or rock. After a few weeks, the plant will attach itself. All species in this mix are very low-maintenance and suitable for beginners.

Can I specify which species I want or don't want?
Unfortunately not — the composition is determined by our available stock at the time of shipment. This ensures we always provide the freshest plants. If you want a specific species, please check our individual Anubias assortment.
Do I need to plant these plants in the substrate?
No, all Anubias species are epiphytes and grow best tied to wood or rock, not in the substrate.
My plants arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, this is transport stress and almost always temporary. Give the plants 1–2 weeks to acclimate. For persistent problems: please contact us.
Are these plants suitable for a shrimp tank?
Yes, all Anubias species in our mix are shrimp-friendly.
