✂️ Care

Gently rinse the culture gel under lukewarm water. Divide the plant into small portions and plant them with some distance between them in the substrate. With sufficient light and CO₂, the plant will gradually form a dense carpet via runners.

💡 Planter's tip

For a full carpet effect, we recommend planting several cups together. Combine with Eleocharis parvula or Hemianthus callitrichoides for a varied foreground.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need CO₂ for a carpet?
CO₂ is not strictly required, but it significantly accelerates growth and promotes a denser carpet.

How do I prepare an In Vitro cup?
Remove the plant from the cup, rinse the culture gel under lukewarm water, divide into portions, and plant in the substrate.

My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, In Vitro plants are grown above water and will adapt. Give the plant 1–2 weeks. For persistent problems: please contact us.

Is this plant suitable for a shrimp tank?
Yes — especially as In Vitro, it is ideal for shrimp tanks, completely free of pests.
