Rotala Rotundifolia is very adaptable and grows in a wide range of conditions. Without CO₂, it grows slower but remains healthy. With CO₂ and good lighting, the plant tips turn a beautiful pink. Prune regularly — cuttings can be replanted directly.

Ideal as a first stem plant in the midground or background. Combines well with almost all other aquarium plants. For a beautiful color transition effect: plant next to red-colored species such as Rotala Blood Red or Alternanthera Cardinalis.

My plant arrived yellow or limp — is that normal?
Yes, this is transport stress and almost always temporary. Give the plant 1–2 weeks to acclimate. For persistent problems: contact us.
