Plant in the mid-ground or background. Normal to high light is sufficient; CO₂ addition enhances the red color and growth rate. Prune regularly — you can simply replant the cuttings. Thanks to its wide temperature tolerance (4–32°C), this plant is also suitable for unheated aquariums.
