Cleithracara Maronii
Keyhole cichlid
A small, peaceful South American cichlid.
The Keyhole Cichlid gets its name from the black spot on each side of its body that resembles a keyhole.
This species can also be kept in a group and, due to its peaceful behaviour, it can be combined well with other types of fish, such as community fish, but these should not be too small.
By furnishing the aquarium with stones, wood and sturdier plants, hiding places are created.
