Mayaca Fluviatilis is an elegant stem plant from South America with fine, needle-like light green leaves. With CO₂ and sufficient light, it grows lush and airy in the background zone. Important: the plant does not like high KH — keep it low for optimal growth. Sterile grown and 100% free of algae, snails, and pesticides.

✂️ Care

Gently rinse the gel under lukewarm water and plant the stems with sufficient spacing in the background zone — do not plant them too close together. Keep the KH low (0–6) — this is crucial for the plant's health. CO₂ and sufficient light promote lush, airy growth. Liquid fertilizer such as Sera Florena in low dosage supports healthy development.

My plant is not growing well — what's wrong?
Check the KH — a too high KH is the most common cause of poor growth in Mayaca Fluviatilis. Keep the KH below 6.

How do I remove the gel from an In Vitro plant?
Gently rinse the plant under lukewarm running water. The gel dissolves easily.
